Concentrix, an American business services company, was founded in 1991. It specializes in customer engagement and business performance. Its operations can be traced back to 1973, when a form of the company provided insurance administration business solutions and services, which were later acquired in 2013 by Concentrix from IBM.
Concentrix became a subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX) in 2006 and it went public as an independent company (from IBM) on Dec 01 2020, trading on NASDAQ as CNXC. Concentrix is headquartered in Fremont, California.
Concentrix provides services within 10 industries: Automotive, Banking and Financial Services, Consumer Electronics, Energy and Public Sector, Healthcare Services, Insurance, Media and Communications, Retail and eCommerce, Technology, and Travel, Transportation and Tourism.
On March 16, 2018, Concentrix launched its operations in Jamaica with a state of the art centre in Montego Bat, St. James.
