Receptionist (Kingston, Jamaica)
A highly successful academic institution in Kingston, Jamaica is seeking to recruit a captivating and affable Receptionist with the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized college or university
- Additional learning and development certifications in total quality management and the delivery of exceptional customer service and customer experience
- Two (2) years experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector
- Superior customer relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly computer literate with expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills
Primary Duties:
Reporting to the Principal, the core responsibilities of the Receptionist are:
- To interface externally with the school's clients and manage and resolve all their academic queries and interests
- Internally, the incumbent will manage and resolve all administrative and teaching staff and students' queries
- Receptionist will also perform and support any administrative function of the Principal's office and the Administration Department
